SHIPPING
PARCEL POST - within Australia
Standard Shipping: AUD $10 flat rate. FREE on orders > $200
Orders will be charged a flat rate of $10 for Tracked Parcel Post regardless of how many items you order in the one transaction.
Delivery timing is dependent upon your distance from our warehouse on the Gold Coast. Australia Post quotes a delivery timing range of 2-7 business days.
If you require a quick delivery of less than 7 business days, please select Express Post.
EXPRESS POST - within Australia
Selecting Express Post provides you with quicker delivery and tracking. We offer a flat rate of $15 regardless of how many items in your order.
Please be aware that Australia Post no longer guarantee this as an overnight service. However, it is still treated as a priority service with delivery timing of 1-4 business days, unless you are in a remote area.

SUPER FAST DISPATCH - SAME OR NEXT BUSINESS DAY
All orders will be dispatched same day or next business day. You will receive an email confirming shipping and providing you with a tracking code. Please check your Junk folder if this email doesn't arrive.
NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING SERVICE
Standard Shipping: NZD $10 flat rate. FREE on orders > $200
Shipping to New Zealand is provided via Australia Post for a flat rate of $10 NZD. Delivery timing is advised in the checkout.
An Express option is available.

UNITED STATES & CANADA
Standard Shipping: US $10 flat rate. FREE on orders > $200
Shipping to the United States is provided via Australia Post for a flat rate based on your country.
The checkout will advise delivery timing. This estimate may be influenced by customs clearance and weather conditions which are beyond our control. Your tracking number, shared via email or text, will allow you to view the transit progress.
An Express flat rate option is also available in the checkout.
Customs or Import Duties fees may apply on your order and are your responsibility. See the section below.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to almost every other country. The checkout will advise the flat rate cost for your location and timing for delivery estimate.
CUSTOM OR IMPORT DUTY FEES (OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA ONLY)
Please note that there may be duties charged by your Customs Department once your parcel enters your country. Those costs are not covered as part of your order transaction and are additional and are paid directly by you to that authority. The fees vary by country and the value of your order.
If you do not accept delivery of your order, we cannot refund the cost of original shipping as that service has been expended. If charges are incurred, by us, in returning your product/s to us in Australia, those costs will be deducted from the refund of your returned item.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If you are not completely happy with your Holley Day purchase, we will happily issue a refund if the item is returned within 30 days of purchase (60 days for customers outside of Australia)
Before you return your product, please make sure that:
- the product was purchased in the last 30 days
- the product still has its tags
- the product isn't used or damaged
- the product is free from perfume / smoke smells or makeup marks (a flat fee of $5 will charged if laundry is required)
We are happy to replace, repair or refund due to a manufacturing fault but not normal ‘wear and tear’. Please follow the care instructions on your Holley Day garment to prolong its life. Our garments should not be tumble dried.
Any shipping charges incurred to return the product are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you return the item to us via a Tracked postage option. We are not responsible for lost items. The delivery timing, advised by Australia Post, ranges from 2 to 7 business days for your return to reach us. At peak periods there may be delays.
Once we have received the item for exchange or return, please allow up to 3 business days for your request to be processed.
Initial shipping of your order will not be refunded. If you purchased multiple items and received 'free' shipping, there will be an adjustment to cover the initial cost of shipping if your return brings your purchase value under the 'free' threshold.

Exchanges
Simply purchase the alternate size you need and then return the original item for a refund. If you return and 'swap' the size over, we cannot guarantee that the size you need will still be in stock.

Buy 1, Get 1 Sale Items
To qualify, you must buy one garment from the specified collection to receive the discount off the second item. Both items must be purchased in the one transaction and have the same delivery address (BOGO discounts do not apply to Pre-Order items as the items are sent at different times)
The discount will be applied to the cheaper item. A refund will void the discount so that the full price is applied to the item retained and the refund amount adjusted accordingly for the discount and postage costs.
Free Gift with Purchase
The item provided as your free gift is not refundable for cash and cannot be exchanged as part payment of another item.
It is only redeemable with the purchase of a physical product which requires shipping - both items will be sent together.
Should you return the associated product and retain the free gift, the retail value of the free gift will be deducted from your refund.
LOCATION
Our warehouse and offices are based on the Gold Coast in Australia.
Our store is purely online so we are unavailable for drop ins and try ons.
We do not drop shop. All our products are shipped to you from the Gold Coast.
AFTERPAY
AfterPay is available for Australian and New Zealand customers.
If not immediately obvious as a payment option, simply follow the checkout process through to entering Delivery Address.

GARMENT CARE
Our garments are designed for easy laundry care. We recommend a gentle cold wash cycle. Hang on the line to dry. DO NOT tumble dry. Warm to hot iron as/if needed.
