CUSTOM OR IMPORT DUTY FEES (outside Australia) 

Please note that there may be duties charged by your Customs Department once your parcel enters your country. Those costs are not covered as part of your order transaction and are additional and are paid directly by you to that authority.

The fees vary by country and the value of your order. If you do not accept delivery of your order, we cannot refund the cost of original shipping as that service has been expended. If charges are incurred, by us, in returning your product/s to us in Australia, those costs will be deducted from the refund of your returned item.
