EXPRESS POST - within Australia
Express Post delivery takes 1-4 business days (depending on your location) with tracking at a flat rate of $15
Australia Post guarantee priority delivery for this service provided you are within the Express Post delivery network which covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and post office boxes.
The service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres.
Outside metro areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.
You may also find Saturday delivery is available for Express Post parcels sent on Fridays however this is dependent upon whether or not you reside in a Saturday delivery area.

Once your order has been dispatched, Holley Day accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. Should your order be damaged or lost in transit we will lodge a claim on your behalf with Australia Post.

Shipping to New Zealand is provided via Australia Post. Delivery timing is 4-7 business days but may be a little longer during peak seasons such as Christmas.
Orders over $200 will receive Free Tracked delivery. Orders under $150 will be charged a flat fee of $10

Orders over $200 will receive FREE Tracked delivery. Orders under $200 will be charged a flat fee of $10.

SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES
We ship to most countries. Simply enter your address into the checkout and you will be provided with shipping fees and delivery timing. We are not shipping to the USA at the moment due to the recent introduction of Tariff Duties to be paid prior to shipping.
CUSTOM OR IMPORT DUTY FEES (INTERNATIONAL ONLY)
Custom or Import Duty Fees are sometimes charged once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel directly to your Customs Department (typically facilitated by your local postal service). The fees vary for a range of reasons but primarily by country and the value of your order.
If you do not accept delivery of your order, we cannot refund the cost of original shipping as that service has been provided. If charges are incurred returning the product to us in Australia, those costs will be deducted from the refund on your product purchase.
