Do you have a storefront where I can try on items?

We are completely online, but we do have an easy to use return/exchange policy and offer exchanges too.

If you need help with sizing, beyond the Size Chart and Size Tips provided for each garment, please get in touch.

We are generous with sizing as the majority of our items are intended to be worn as relaxed fit.

Do you offer Afterpay?

Absolutely. You'll find it as a payment option in the checkout.

What's your sizing like?

We offer sizes from Small (AU8-10) through to 4XL (AU 32-34).

Being a Resort & Casual Wear label you'll find our sizing is generous as our garments are intended to be worn as relaxed fits.

Please note that delivery times estimates are based on business days so you may need allow a little longer for weekends and public holidays.

If your order still hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery time end date, please get in touch so that we are able to open an investigation with Australia Post on your behalf.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to make any changes prior to dispatch.

We can’t guarantee your required changes will be applied but we will certainly try.

Shipping questions

Where do you ship?

We ship globally. The checkout will advise postage costs for your country.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of import duties, taxes or tariffs that your country customs department may impose. The last mile delivery company will advise those associated costs if needed.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

We aim to despatch as quickly as possible - usually within 1-2 business days. In peak periods such as sale events and Christmas, it may take a little longer.

You will receive an email confirming dispatch and your tracking code as soon as your order has been packed.

How much is shipping?

We offer a flat rate of $10 for orders shipping within Australia and to New Zealand, Canada and the United States.

All orders over $150 qualify for Free Shipping.

Orders under $150, to other countries, have a flat rate per order. The cost of which is advised in the check out or on our Shipping Information page

I'm in a hurry to get my order, do you have express?

We we do offer Express services to most countries. The checkout will advise the particulars in terms of costs and timing for your destination.

However, please note that these delivery times are an estimate only (as provided by Australia Post). Timing may delayed due to weather events, strikes, customs clearances etc.

Excludes order processing times (1-2 business days), weekends, public holidays.

I live in the US, will I have to pay tariffs on my order?

At this point in time (3 June, 2025), provided your order is under $800 USD, there will be no tariffs imposed.

Will there be import duties or custom fees on my order?

There may be duties charged by your Customs Department once your parcel enters your country. Those costs are not covered as part of your order transaction and are additional and are paid directly by you to that authority.

The fees vary by country and the value of your order. If you do not accept delivery of your order, we cannot refund the cost of original shipping as that service has been expended. If charges are incurred, by us, in returning your product/s to us in Australia, those costs will be deducted from the refund of your returned item.

If you live in the US, tariffs are not imposed on orders under $800 USD.

Returns questions

Can I return my purchase for a refund?

If you are not completely happy with your full priced purchase (this includes first purchase discount codes), we will happily issue a refund, exchange or issue a store credit. If you exchange we will cover the cost of sending the replacement item to you. Online store credits are valid for 3 years. 

Before you return your product, please make sure that:

  • the product was purchased in the last 30 days (60 days for orders outside Australia)
  • the product still has its tags 
  • the product isn't used or damaged
  • the product is free from perfume / smoke smells or makeup marks (a flat fee of $5 will charged if laundry is required)

Shipping charges in the return of the product are not refundable. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing your return.

Initial shipping of your order will not be refunded. If you purchased multiple items and received 'free' shipping, there will be an adjustment to cover the initial cost of shipping if your return brings your purchase value under the 'free' threshold.

We are happy to replace, repair or refund due to a manufacturing fault but not normal ‘wear and tear’. Please follow the care instructions on your Holley Day garment to prolong its life. Our garments should not be tumble dried.

What if I need to exchange something?

Absolutely no problem at all to exchange items. Please return the item to us with a note as to the size you'd prefer instead.

You're also able to exchange for a different style/design. Simply advise what you'd like so that we are able to action for you. Any difference in pricing will be invoiced (with a secure payment link) or refunded/issued with a store credit.

We will cover the cost of sending the replacement item to you.

Please note, on occasion we may be out of stock so will not be able to facilitate the exchange. Should this occur we will provide a refund or store credit.

Exchanges are 30 days for Australian customers and 60 days for international.

Can I get an exchange on a sale item?

Exchanges are available - please include a note as to the size you'd like to swap for and a self addressed pre-paid parcel satchel. If one isn't enclosed we will issue a store credit.

If we are out of stock of your preferred size by the time your return arrives back to us, we will issue a store credit.

Are sale items refundable?

Sale, Discounted (not including any first purchase discount codes), BFCM purchases can only be returned for a store credit.

Discounted, Sale, BFCM purchases can only be returned for a store credit.

As we offer different types of sales, here are some more specific details:

Buy 1, Get 1 Sale Items

To qualify, you must buy one garment from the specified collection to receive the discount off the second item. Both items must be purchased in the one transaction and have the same delivery address.

The discount will be applied to the cheaper item. A refund will void the discount so that the full price is applied to the item retained and the store credit amount adjusted for the discount and initial postage costs (if putting you under the free shipping threshold).

Free Gift with Purchase

The item provided as your free gift is not refundable for cash and cannot be exchanged as part payment of another item.

It is only redeemable with the purchase of a physical product which requires shipping - both items will be sent together. 

Should you return the associated product and retain the free gift, the retail value of the free gift will be deducted from your store credit. 

Final Sale Items

Final Sale Items are not available for refund, store credit or exchange. They are Final Sale and thus can not be returned. If you need sizing assistance, please contact us.

Should you inadvertently send Final Sale items back to us, we will donate to a local charity for those less fortunate. 

I have a faulty product, what do I do?

In the rare event that you find yourself with a faulty product due to a manufacturing fault, rest assured that we will replace, repair or refund.

We do not cover normal ‘wear and tear’. Please follow the care instructions on your Holley Day garment to prolong its life. Our garments should not be tumble dried. 

Please contact us via email, in the first instance, so that we can resolve the situation for you as quickly as possible.

Return of the faulty item to us will be at our expense - we will forward you a pre-paid return label to use.
